June 26, 2008 ~ Stephanie’s Birthday in Natchitoches
June 26, 2008. Bright and early we hit the road to Natchitoches (Nack-ah-dish). It’s a pretty cool town in Louisiana. We met our tour guide Sarah and her interns from the National Center for Preservation Training and Technology (NCPTT) at a meat pie restaurant/ ice cream parlor. Sarah gave us a personal introduction to the NCPTT staff and a tour of the NCPTT facilities at Northwest University.
