June 18,2008. We tested out assessment skills on another house that PRC is going to restore. This house seems to be in better shape than the one we looked at yesterday. This one only have some rain and termite damage mixed with long term neglect. 
The evening was highly entertaining as the Krewe got together for a crawfish boil. Thanks to Laura we had bellies filled with crawfish, grilled sausage, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, and Italian bread. Thanks Laura for for looking out for us!!!
The Krewe also got a new member David (Super Dave). A welcomed addition to our group.
